The Belfast Bands Forum was established in 2024 to provide a collective voice for the marching band community and to promote the positive contribution bands make to cultural, educational and community life across Belfast and beyond.
Since its formation, the forum has grown from four founding bands into a recognised organisation representing bands from across the city.
Through collaboration and partnership working, the forum has delivered youth development programmes, educational initiatives, cultural projects and community engagement activities while establishing strong relationships across the public, community and cultural sectors.
